We are hiring a skilled Pastry Chef with experience and creativity to join our team in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate should have a passion for pastry making and be able to create delicious and visually appealing desserts. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, and other desserts according to our menu and customer preferences. You will also be in charge of managing inventory, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring efficient use of resources. The successful candidate must have excellent time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other desserts
- Decorate pastries using different techniques such as glazing, icing, and piping
- Create new recipes or modify existing ones according to customer preferences
- Manage inventory by ordering supplies and ingredients as needed
- Ensure high quality of all food items by following proper procedures and standards
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area at all times
- Train junior pastry chefs on techniques and recipes
- Collaborate with other chefs to create an overall appealing menu
- Adhere to food safety regulations
- Monitor equipment performance and report any maintenance needs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Creative flair for dessert making
- Knowledge of different baking techniques
- Familiarity with food safety standards
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
