A renowned restaurant in Al-Rayyan is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of pastries, cakes, and other desserts. You must have a strong knowledge of different baking techniques and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Indian nationals with excellent English communication skills are preferred for this role. A competitive salary of 1400$ will be offered to the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Creating new and innovative pastry dishes
- Preparing and baking pastries, cakes, and other desserts
- Ensuring high quality and consistency in all baked goods
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Training and supervising junior pastry chefs
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop dessert menus

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different baking techniques
- Creativity and ability to develop new recipes
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- Enthusiasm for learning new techniques and trends
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, culinary degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef

Salary: 1400$
