Art Director in Al-Khor, Qatar


We are hiring an experienced Art Director to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and visual aspects of our projects. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project goals and requirements
- Develop creative concepts and designs for various projects such as advertisements, websites, brochures, etc.
- Oversee the work of designers and artists to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members to improve their skills and performance
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement innovative ideas in our design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative projects and design skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
