Art Director - Pakistani, Al-Khor

We are a growing creative agency seeking a talented Art Director to join our team in Al-Khor. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual direction and execution of our projects, ensuring they meet our clients' objectives. You will work closely with our team of designers, copywriters, and project managers to bring concepts to life and develop innovative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand and objectives
- Develop concepts and oversee the creation of visual elements such as layouts, graphics, and illustrations
- Lead brainstorming sessions with the creative team
- Provide direction and feedback to designers and other team members
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all visual materials
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Attend client meetings as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director in a creative agency setting
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative process and projects you have led
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
