Art Director

We are hiring an experienced Art Director to join our dynamic team in Al-Khor. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual style and direction of our projects, ensuring that they are visually appealing and align with our brand image. You will collaborate with designers, artists, and other team members to bring creative concepts to life.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the visual style and direction for all projects
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and other team members to create visually appealing content
- Provide guidance and feedback to the team on design concepts
- Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to constantly improve the quality of our work
- Manage budgets and timelines for projects
- Present design concepts to clients or stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Art Director or a similar role
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in creating designs for digital platforms such as websites or social media
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS coding language
- Experience working in a fast-paced advertising agency or creative studio environment

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Khor, Qatar (open to both local candidates and expats with valid work permits)
