We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with current clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure overall business success
- Conduct regular performance reviews for the sales team and provide training or coaching as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the same industry or market
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)

Salary:
1600$ per month (with accommodation) plus commission based on performance.
