Roofing Technician - Vianden, Luxembourg



We are searching for a skilled and experienced Roofing Technician to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings
- Repair damaged roofs by replacing shingles, tiles or other materials
- Inspect roofs for leaks or damage and recommend necessary repairs
- Clean gutters and downspouts to ensure proper drainage
- Apply weatherproof materials to create a watertight seal on roofs
- Use various tools such as ladders, scaffolding and safety equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while working at heights
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Good physical stamina to work at heights, in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
