Head Chef (Indian Cuisine)
The Head Chef (Indian Cuisine) will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Indian restaurant located in Doha. They will be in charge of creating and implementing menu items, managing inventory and food costs, and ensuring a high level of quality and consistency in all dishes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Indian cuisine, with at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef. They should also have excellent leadership skills to manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff. This position does not require English proficiency, but fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred. Accommodation will not be provided, but the company will provide visa sponsorship for non-Qatari nationals. A minimum education level of 12th grade is required for this position.
