Junior Accountant


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance and some experience in a similar role. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain experience in the accounting field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer collections
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Participate in audits as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1+ years of experience in an accounting role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting is preferred

Salary: 1700$
Location: Abu Dhabi
Nationality: Indian or Pakistani preferred
English proficiency is not required
