Construction Project Manager

A reputable construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in Medina, Africa. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in project management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes
- Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of the project
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, cost control and invoicing
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in English.
