In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing commercial building projects, from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their budget and timeline.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for commercial buildings
- Oversee construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Work with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in building technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Biometric passport for international travel
