A renowned restaurant in Al-Khor is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards of food and service, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant including food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Hire and train new staff members to ensure efficient and effective operation of the restaurant.
- Manage employee schedules and ensure proper staffing levels are maintained at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Create budgets and financial plans to meet business goals.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing health & safety regulations.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and promotional events.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of financial management principles such as budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Must be fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required.

We offer competitive salary packages starting at 1000$ per month along with shared accommodation. This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Egyptian candidates with their own visa.
