Architectural Designer


We are currently seeking a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Remish. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative and functional architectural plans and drawings for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their visions and requirements for projects
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Create detailed architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents
- Use your understanding of building codes and regulations to ensure designs comply with standards
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure the feasibility of designs
- Continuously research new materials, techniques, and technologies to incorporate into designs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Remish or similar locations
- Ability to speak multiple languages (English, Arabic)
- Experience with sustainable design practices
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp or Rhino
