Entry Level Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and driven entry level Architectural Designer to join our team in Remish. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various construction projects. You will work closely with senior designers and architects to develop and refine design concepts, create detailed drawings, and produce 3D models using advanced software. Your creativity, attention to detail, and technical skills will be key in contributing to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers and architects to develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for projects
- Attend client meetings to present design proposals and gather feedback
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Work within project budgets and timelines
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Attention to detail with a creative eye for design
- Willingness to learn new software programs if required

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Remish (without accommodation)
