Barista Assistant

Our busy coffee shop in Dickirch is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Barista Assistant to join our team for a temporary position. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry and learn from experienced baristas. We welcome applicants without prior experience, as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of drinks such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Taking customer orders and handling cash transactions
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Providing excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Learning about different types of coffee beans and brewing methods to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:
- Must have a valid biometric passport or be eligible to work in Dickirch
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of German or French is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Friendly attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service

Salary: $1400 per month
