We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Online Consultant to join our team in Remish. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online support to customers and clients, helping them with any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding our products or services. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various online platforms such as email, chat, or social media
- Provide accurate and helpful information about our products or services
- Assist customers with placing orders, making payments, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while interacting with customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Keep updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible service to customers

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or online support
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using various online platforms such as email, chat, or social media
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Preference for candidates with accommodation in Remish or own visa
