Factory Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in our factory. This includes setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in operating industrial machinery and possess a strong mechanical aptitude. They should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent attention to detail. This role may also involve working with hazardous materials, so knowledge of safety protocols is necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machines in the factory
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when working with machinery and hazardous materials
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure proper storage of tools and equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Factory Machine Operator or similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical manuals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of safety protocols when working with machinery and hazardous materials
