Senior Architect (Wiltz, Luxembourg)


We are a fast-paced architectural firm located in the picturesque city of Wiltz. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all designs meet client requirements and are executed with the highest level of quality.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from start to finish, including conceptualization, design development, construction documents, and construction administration
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for projects
- Develop detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Coordinate with engineers and other consultants to ensure all aspects of the project are accounted for
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an architect, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and consultants
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this full-time position. The actual salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
