Land Surveyor

Our rapidly expanding construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing detailed reports for construction projects. You will work closely with our engineering and design teams to ensure accuracy and precision in all surveying work.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports for construction projects
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure accurate project specifications
- Monitor construction progress and provide updated surveys as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of survey data, including measurements, calculations, and sketches
- Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of survey data
