Office Assistant - Doha, Qatar
We are hiring an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Doha. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phones, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate staff members
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
- Keep office area clean, organized, and presentable
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of all office activities
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and bookkeeping
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient flow of information
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail

Salary:
1600$ monthly salary
