Office Assistant for English Speaking Company in Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our English-speaking company in Doha, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- File and maintain records, both physical and electronic
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Requirements:
- Experience working in an office setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have valid work authorization for Qatar
Salary: 1500$ per month
