Experienced Glazier in Vianden, Luxembourg



We are currently seeking an experienced Glazier to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for cutting, installing, and repairing glass windows, doors, and other structures. This position requires a skilled individual with attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut glass to fit specific measurements
- Install glass into frames using various techniques such as glazing putty or rubber gaskets
- Repair or replace damaged glass in windows, doors, or other structures
- Install mirrors, shower doors, and other glass products as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints or specifications to determine the size and type of glass required for a project
- Operate cutting tools and equipment to shape glass according to specifications
- Ensure all work is done accurately and efficiently while following safety procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Glazier or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of glass and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices used in glazing work
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical strength and stamina for standing, lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, etc.
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of French is a plus)
- Valid driver's license preferred

Salary:
Starting salary of 1100$ per month with potential for increase based on performance.
