Entry-Level Barista


We are hiring a passionate and motivated Entry-Level Barista to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Entry-Level Barista, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.
- Ensure quality control by following proper brewing techniques and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Assist in stocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Learn about different types of coffee beans and their origins
- Participate in training programs to improve barista skills

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but previous customer service experience is a plus
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Friendly attitude with strong customer service skills
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
