Surveyor - Contract Position in Dubai


We are currently hiring a Surveyor for a contract position in Dubai. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data to determine land boundaries, topography, and other features. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various techniques such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography
- Record survey measurements and other data using specialized software
- Analyze survey data and create detailed reports for clients
- Determine property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions of land parcels
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to provide accurate survey information for construction projects
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure its proper functioning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1000 USD/month (tax-free)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Preference: Indian candidates who are fluent in English are preferred for this role as they will be working closely with international clients. However, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

Note: This is a contract position for 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance. Accommodation and transportation will be provided by the company.
