Loader Supervisor


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loader Supervisor to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods from trucks and ensuring efficient and safe operations. This is a full-time job with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of goods from trucks.
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Monitor the quality of loaded goods to ensure they meet company standards.
- Train new loaders and provide guidance to existing ones.
- Maintain accurate records of loaded goods, including weight, quantity, and destination.
- Communicate effectively with truck drivers, warehouse staff, and management.
- Identify areas for improvement in loading processes and implement solutions.

Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Loader or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train others.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Indian nationality preferred).
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required.
