Architectural Designer - Contract Position (Visa Sponsorship Available in Wiltz)



Our architectural firm in Wiltz is seeking an experienced and talented Architectural Designer to join our team on a contract basis. As an Architectural Designer, you will work closely with our team of architects and engineers to design and create innovative and functional spaces. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong design skills and a passion for architecture to gain valuable experience working on diverse projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and other design software
- Research building codes, materials, and construction techniques to ensure compliance and feasibility of designs
- Present design proposals to clients and make revisions as needed
- Work within project budgets and timelines to deliver high-quality designs
- Communicate regularly with project team members to ensure cohesive designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software
- Strong understanding of building materials, codes, and construction techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Europe
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Ability to create hand-drawn sketches
- Fluency in French or German

Salary:
$1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Type:
Full-time contract position with potential for extension
