Indian Chef in Lusail
We are seeking a talented Indian Chef to join our team in Lusail. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. Your main duties will include overseeing the kitchen operations, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring food safety standards are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare a variety of traditional Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori specialties, and vegetarian options
- Ensure all food is cooked to perfection and presented in an attractive manner
- Manage inventory and supplies to maintain stock levels and minimize waste
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality standards are consistently met
- Ensure food safety guidelines are followed at all times
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and seasonal specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques
- Ability to create unique dishes while adhering to cultural authenticity
- Experience managing inventory and supplies in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise kitchen staff effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Food safety certification is preferred but not required
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
