Indian Chef in Lusail
We are hiring an experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Lusail. As a chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of traditional Indian dishes, ensuring high quality and presentation. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen operations, training and supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory levels and implementing food safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Indian Chef
- Proficient in preparing and cooking a variety of traditional Indian dishes
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise kitchen staff
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Indian dishes according to menu specifications
- Ensure high quality and consistency in all food preparation and presentation
- Manage kitchen operations including ordering, inventory management, scheduling, and cost control
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management on menu planning and development
- Continuously strive to improve food quality, service standards, efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction
Salary: 1200$ per month (tax-free) + accommodation + transportation + medical insurance
