Equipment Operator Assistant

As an Equipment Operator Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced operators to assist in the operation of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and assisting in the completion of various construction and excavation tasks. This is a great opportunity for students interested in gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in operating heavy equipment under the guidance of experienced operators
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Help with the completion of construction and excavation tasks as needed
- Meet daily production goals set by supervisors

Requirements:
- Must be a student enrolled in a relevant program or have previous experience working with heavy equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is an asset

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.

This position is located in Remish.
