Senior Architect


As a Senior Architect at our firm, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architectural design process. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to create unique and functional designs that meet both aesthetic and technical requirements. With your expertise in architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods, you will lead the development of high-quality projects from concept to completion. Additionally, you will provide mentorship to junior architects and support their growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and develop creative solutions that meet their needs
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
- Prepare conceptual drawings, 3D renderings, and detailed construction documents using AutoCAD or other design software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants throughout the construction process
- Review project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects in their professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Location:
This position is based in Remish but remote work options may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus benefits.
