Pakistani Cuisine Chef


We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Pakistani Cuisine Chef to join our team in Doha. As a Pakistani Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing traditional Pakistani dishes with an emphasis on flavor, presentation, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic Pakistani dishes including curries, biryanis, kebabs, and other traditional dishes
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to established recipes and standards
- Monitor food supplies and order ingredients as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper techniques for preparing Pakistani cuisine
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Pakistani spices, flavors, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

City:
This position is located in Doha, the capital city of Qatar. Doha is known for its vibrant culture, beautiful architecture, and delicious cuisine.

Nationality:
Preference will be given to candidates from Pakistan due to their familiarity with traditional Pakistani cuisine. However, candidates from other countries with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is not required for this position. However, basic English communication skills will be beneficial when working with non-Pakistani colleagues.
