Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of architectural design and development projects. This includes overseeing project budgets, timelines, and resources, as well as collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural design and development projects from conceptualization to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
- Oversee project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Monitor project budgets and communicate any budgetary concerns to stakeholders
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct site visits as needed to ensure project compliance with design plans and specifications
- Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, environmental standards, and other legal requirements
- Identify potential risks or challenges during the project lifecycle and develop contingency plans
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale architectural projects
- Strong knowledge of architecture principles, building codes, construction materials and methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architecture software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
