Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

We are a busy restaurant in Manama looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated waiter/waitress to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Handle any guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Upsell menu items to increase revenue

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong multitasking abilities with the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have legal authorization to work in Bahrain without requiring sponsorship or visa assistance

We offer competitive salary of 1200$ per month with opportunities for tips. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided. All nationalities are welcome to apply.
