We are hiring an Equipment Operator for our construction company in Wiltz, Luxembourg. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1000 per month. We are open to hiring candidates without prior experience, making this an ideal opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in the construction industry.

As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. Your main duties will include safely maneuvering the equipment on job sites, loading and unloading materials, and performing routine maintenance and inspections.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of how to operate different types of heavy equipment. You must also have good hand-eye coordination, excellent spatial awareness, and the ability to work well under pressure. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.

This is a physically demanding job that requires you to work outdoors in various weather conditions. You must also be comfortable working at heights and have a good sense of balance. Additionally, you should be able to follow instructions accurately and communicate effectively with team members.

We are looking for someone who takes safety seriously and follows all safety protocols at all times. You must also have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred but not mandatory.
