Electrician Supervisor

As an Electrician Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating a team of electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. You will work closely with project managers and clients to ensure that all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of electricians in all aspects of their work
- Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed for each job
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate with project managers and clients regarding project progress, changes, or issues
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any technical problems that may arise
- Train new electricians on company procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, time sheets, and inventory levels

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an electrician or electrical supervisor
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, codes, and safety standards
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in project management is preferred but not required

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bayan City (Indians preferred)

Type: Contract (with potential for full-time employment)
