We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. As a member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and ensure the safety and well-being of our patients. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for patients
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to all healthcare laws, regulations, and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Valid nursing license from the UAE Ministry of Health
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
