Computer Support Specialist (Contract) - Remish


We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Remish. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and software. You will also assist with network maintenance and security, as well as system upgrades and installations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with computer systems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Monitor network performance and ensure security measures are in place
- Assist with system upgrades and installations
- Document all support activities in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other IT team members to find solutions to complex problems

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Experience with system upgrades and installations
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Available to work on a contract basis in Remish
