Electrician Supervisor

We are hiring an experienced Electrician Supervisor to oversee and manage our team of electricians in Jizan. As an Electrician Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to industry standards. You will also be responsible for scheduling and assigning tasks to team members, conducting quality checks, and providing guidance and support when needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and diagrams
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols
- Valid electrician's license/certification

Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of electricians, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback
- Review project plans and specifications to determine materials needed for the job
- Plan work schedules based on project timelines and deadlines
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets industry standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during projects
- Communicate with clients or project managers regarding project updates or changes
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by team members
- Train new or junior electricians on proper techniques and procedures
- Keep accurate records of work completed by the team
