Excavator Operator


We are currently hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Khasab. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience operating excavators and hold a valid license for the same. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move and grade earth or other materials as per project requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining the equipment in good working condition and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. The role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and control excavator to perform tasks such as digging trenches, loading trucks, and moving materials
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to determine the location, depth, and angle of excavation
- Ensure safety protocols are followed while operating equipment
- Monitor machinery for any malfunctions or maintenance needs
- Keep accurate records of material moved and time spent on tasks
- Communicate with ground crew and other workers to coordinate tasks
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating excavators
- Valid license for operating heavy equipment such as excavators
- Physical strength and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month without accommodation.

This position is based in Khasab, Oman.
