We are a high-end restaurant located in the bustling city of Medina, Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waiter to join our dynamic team. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before and after each guest
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, specials, and promotions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter or similar role in a high-end restaurant
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, etiquette, and standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month plus tips.
