Job Title: Machine Operator


We are a manufacturing company based in Muscat and we are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications and ensure they are running smoothly
- Monitor machines during operation to detect any malfunctions or issues
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet our standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions in a timely manner
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on machines such as cleaning and lubricating
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production processes
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with various types of machinery and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Basic understanding of math and measurements
- Solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
