Contract Architecture Manager
Location: Clairvaux, France


As a Contract Architecture Manager in our firm, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. Your main duties will include overseeing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that all designs meet industry standards and regulations.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in architecture and proven experience in project management. You should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team of architects and designers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage architectural projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications
- Develop project timelines and monitor progress to ensure that deadlines are met
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Oversee the work of architects, designers, and other team members involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is being carried out according to plans
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Provide regular updates on project progress to clients and stakeholders
- Manage budget allocations for each project phase and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in architecture project management
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations

Preferred:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this contract position. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Visa sponsorship may also be available for non-French candidates.
