Architecture Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to lead our team of architects in Clairvaux. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects, managing the team's workflow and productivity, and ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and timeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of architects to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and provide innovative design solutions
- Oversee all stages of the project from concept development to construction administration
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion
- Review and approve architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Provide guidance on code compliance, building regulations, and zoning laws
- Maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and consultants
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or a related role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Excellent leadership skills with proven experience managing a team
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients
- Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary: $1400 per month
