We are in need of a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Dickirch. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and goals for a project
- Create detailed plans and drawings for commercial buildings
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Manage budgets and timelines for projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Stay updated on latest trends and technologies in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on large-scale commercial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles

Salary: $1600 per month (with accommodation)
Location: Dickirch (preferred but not required)
