Job Title: Inventory Manager - Riyadh


As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control in our company's warehouse. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. Your main goal will be to maintain accurate inventory records, ensure timely replenishment of stock, and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory data in our systems
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies
- Analyze inventory levels to identify potential stock shortages or overstocking issues
- Collaborate with purchasing team to ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Work closely with sales team to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Train and supervise warehouse staff on proper inventory handling procedures
- Implement cost-saving measures related to inventory management
- Generate reports on inventory performance, including turnover rate, stock levels, and discrepancies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role for at least 3 years
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
- Familiarity with supply chain best practices and software systems (e.g. ERP)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
with different teams
Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: This position is based in Riyadh
