Indian Executive Chef in Riyadh
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
- Develop menu plans based on customer preferences and seasonal availability of ingredients
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high quality standards are met
- Manage inventory and ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Monitor food costs and budget to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
This is a part-time position without accommodation. We are looking for someone who can work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is an urgent position so we require someone who can start immediately.
