Barista (Temporary)
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Nairobi on a temporary basis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and has a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and more
- Ensure quality control by following recipes and using proper techniques
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Make suggestions to customers based on their preferences or dietary restrictions
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Prior experience as a Barista or in the food/beverage industry preferred but not required
- Must have a biometric passport for ease of travel between countries on temporary assignments
- Excellent communication skills in English (Swahili proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills
- Must have a passion for coffee and willingness to learn new brewing techniques
- Friendly demeanor with exceptional customer service skills

Salary:
This is a temporary position with an hourly rate of 1400$. The duration of the assignment may vary depending on business needs.

Location:
This position is based in Nairobi, Kenya. However, there may be opportunities for temporary assignments in other locations within the country or internationally.
