Restaurant Manager - Ajman, UAE

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our customers have a memorable dining experience. As a Restaurant Manager, you will also be responsible for managing and motivating our staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed
- Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and promotions
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate company updates and gather feedback
- Implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle complaints effectively
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
