Senior Level Developer

As a Senior Level Developer in our dynamic software development firm, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development of complex software projects. You will work closely with our team of developers to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your role will require a high level of technical expertise and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development team in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to meet project deadlines
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of all components
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a software developer, preferably in a senior or lead role
- Proficient in multiple programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Location: Dickirch (or remote option available)

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
