We are in need of a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. Your duties will include reading blueprints, taking measurements, selecting materials, and shaping and cutting materials to fit specific measurements. You must have at least 3 years of experience in carpentry work and be able to work independently or as part of a team. Experience with visa sponsorship is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. Pakistani or Malayalee nationality preferred. Fluent English communication skills are required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to the design plan
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools to cut, shape, and smooth materials
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim using hand or power tools
- Inspect places where work is to be performed in order to identify potential hazards
- Follow safety procedures as well as building codes during construction process
- Collaborate with other carpenters or contractors on larger projects

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in carpentry work
- Proficient in operating woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans accurately
- Attention to detail and precision when measuring and cutting materials
- Physical stamina for standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
- Good communication skills in order to collaborate effectively with team members
